
Members of the American Volunteer Group Flying Tigers (AVGFT), descendants and friends, participate in annual conventions (reunions) for our organization as well as those sponsored by other groups honoring the original Flying Tigers from WWII. This section shows some of these events.

Fort Collins, CO. Commemorate the opening of the Christman Airfield in Ft. Collins, CO, date TBD 2026
September 13, 2025:
Seattle, WA. Premier a documentary entitled “Their Memory Lives” at the Museum of Flight.
October 2025:
Washington DC. Guests of Civil Air Transport (CAT) reunion.
May 2025:
Savannah, GA. Guests at the Flying Tiger Airline Pilots Association. Lydia Rossi was the featured speaker on the AVGFT.
March 24-28, 2025
Washington DC. Guest of Honor at celebration of the end of WWII hosted by Pedro Chan. Breakfast at the Rayburn building and dinner at the Chinese Ambassador’s Embassy, where Lydia Rossi and Michelle Clouthier were speakers.

Los Angeles, CA. Lydia Rossi and Jerry Kalman attended the luncheon of the Flying Tigers Airline Historical Society as special guests representing AVGFTA.
